As our items are handmade and often customized, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or receipt of the wrong item. However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns. 

Please understand, my current lead time is 2-3 weeks to get your orders ship out.
